Managing Director’s Message

ECSP has successfully completed a large number of development projects in the government as well as private sector since its inception in the year 2011. It has so far secured a total number of 192 projects costing over Rs. 923 billion. At present, the Company has a staff strength of 187 employees including more than 151 highly qualified engineers, planners, geologists, economists and other professionals. We provide a wide range of consultancy services which include preparation of feasibility studies, design and design review, contract administration, construction supervision and third party validation of various projects. The Company has a total turnover of over Rs. 2.4 billion (equivalent US Dollar 24 million approximately) since its establishment over five years ago.

Major projects completed by ECSP include Construction Supervision of Metro Bus Service (MBS) Project along Ferozepur Road, Lahore, Rehabilitation/Improvement of M.M.Alam Road, Lahore, Construction Supervision of Hockey Stadium and Sports Complex at Johar Town, Lahore, Construction Supervision of Pir Wadhai Flyover in Rawalpindi and Gujranwala Flyover, Preparation of Master Plan, Feasibility Study and PC-I for Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park at Bahawalpur, Nawaz Sharif Kidney Hospital in Swat, 2014 Flood Restoration Project, Punjab, Commercial Cum Car Parking Plaza at Moon Market, Lahore, Rawalpindi-Kahuta Road, Gujranwala-Hafizabad Road, Kallar Kahar-Choa Saidan Shah Road, Fruit & Vegetable Market at Katcha, Lahore, Dualization of Road from LOS Ferozpur Road to Multan Road along Cantt drain, Lahore, Rawalpindi-Islamabad Metro Bus Service (MBS) Package-5, Khadim-e-Ala Punjab Roads Rehabilitation Project, Bridge on River Ravi at Qutab Shahana, Bridge on River Soan along with Approach Roads on both sides etc.

The Company is currently engaged in providing consultancy services on a number of projects of national importance. These include Punjab Saaf Pani Project, Quaid-e-Azam Apparel Park Project, Safe City Project in 6 cities, Various roads under ADP 2016-17, Khadim-e-Punjab Ujala Program, Fazia School & College, Lower Topa, Murree, Highway Safety Audit of Lahore Ring Road, Khanewal Lodhran Road etc.

Our profitability is dependent on the quality of work. A comprehensive Quality Management System is in place to ensure excellence in quality and professional output. Quality control is achieved by critical internal reviews of employees’ performance.
